Your telegram 151. Owing to nature of country and constitution of Indian troops now here desirable to have corps from Upper India if possible, bringing their own reserves rifle and artillery ammunition and armed with short rifle. Before typhoon begins about 31st March temporary buildings will be necessary, can accommodate them for present in tents, they should bring peace scale Indian followers especially sanitary ones and full camp equipment all ranks. As coolie

transport is bad expensive and liable to strike and camp will be distant from pier and supply depot, suggest troops are accompanied by 40 army transport carts with mules.
